Guilderland Teacher Wins State Archives Award
ALBANY -- The Board of Regents and the New York State Archives have selected Deborah Escobar, a teacher from the Guilderland Central School District in Albany County, to receive the 2004 Bruce W. Dearstyne Annual Archives Award for Excellence in the Educational Use of Local Government Records by an Educator.
