Public Invited to Celebrate New Archives and Library Facility
ALBANY -- After a three-year, $7.5 million renovation, the New York State Archives and the Manuscripts and Special Collections Unit of the New York State Library are reopening their shared research facility to the public. An open house will be held on Saturday, November 20th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on the 11th floor of the Cultural Education Center, Empire State Plaza in Albany. The six-hour event is free and open to the public.
