Cornell Librarian Honored with Archives Award
ALBANY -- The Board of Regents and the New York State Archives will award the Distinguished Service Award to the late Herbert Finch, former Assistant Director of Cornell University Libraries. His widow, Elsie Freeman Finch, has been invited to accept the award on his behalf at a luncheon ceremony at the State Education Building in Albany on October 6.
