C-SPAN Founder to Receive Archives and History Award in Albany
ALBANY – C-SPAN founder and CEO Brian Lamb will be presented with the NYS Archives Partnership Trust’s first-ever Empire State Archives and History Award on Monday, October 24, 2005 at 7:30 PM at The Egg, Center for the Performing Arts, Empire State Plaza in Albany. The award recognizes Lamb’s contributions to our society’s understanding and use of history. The event, sponsored by Time Warner Cable and M&T Bank, is free and open to the public.
