Description:

The Factory Investigating Commission's Individual Earnings data card for H. Rover, a watchman at Rigney [sic] and Co., a candy factory in New York City. The card lists the establishment number; the employee number; the employee's name, address, occupation, age, and gender; and the employee's rate of pay, days and hours worked, and earnings for the payroll period from September 13 to September 19, 1913. During this week, Mr. Rover, age 67, earned $13.00 for 88 hours of work.
