Page 3 of 4, Chapter 529 of the Laws of New York, 1913. The law prohibited the employment of children less than fourteen years of age in manufacturing work at factories or tenement houses. This page updated the definition of "tenement house" and formally banned the employment of minors in manufacturing work.
