The records of the Lower Hudson Regional Market Authority were transferred to the Office of General Services when the authority was terminated by Chapter 952 of the Laws of 1968. Ownership of the records was transferred to the New York State Archives in 1976. The records were physically transferred and accessioned in 2009.
