Summary:
The Casino Gambling Study Panel was established to make recommendations concerning the economic, social, and employment impact of casinos; the ways that casino gambling might be used for economic development; how the industry might be taxed, and its potential revenue; and if casinos should be publicly operated or privately operated under government supervision.
