Scope and Content Note

This series consists of those procedures and/or directives of the New York State University Construction Fund relating to fund by-laws, equal employment and non-discrimination practices, and rules and regulations which have been superseded by amendment or revision.

15754-96: The accretion consists of construction bid conditions setting forth the affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements for state-involved construction contracts in the Buffalo area, and in the Nassau-Suffolk area (ca.1972-1979).

15754-99: The accretion includes operation and procedure files, including internal directives on equal employment, pertaining to construction at various state university facilities around the state. Facilities represented include SUNY at Buffalo, SUNY at Albany, SUC at Brockport, and the State University Agricultural and Technical College at Cornell. There are equal employment plans for New York, Rochester, the Southern Tier, Syracuse, and Westchester.
