The series consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other records produced by offices and units of the Division of the Budget concerned with various aspects of federally sponsored programs. In relating to federal issues and programs, the records complement Series 16520, General Subject Files, which document the monitoring of state participation in federally funded programs and the impact the programs have on New York State and its participating agencies.
