Scope and Content Note

Sections 2-112 and 2-114 of the Election Law of New York State require that certain information be supplied to the State Board of Elections by county and state political party committees. This series consists of such material. The information supplied to the Board of Elections consists of material relating to the rules and officers of the committees.

Included in this series are certified lists of elected committee officers and certified rules and regulations (also called bylaws) of the committees and their amendments and revisions.
