Marguerite T. Saunders served as Commissioner of the Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) from 1992-1994. Prior to that she served as Executive Deputy Director (1984-1988) and as Director (1988-1992) of the Office of Alcoholism and Alcohol Abuse.
