Administrative History
Clarence Sundram served as chairman of the Commission on Quality Care for the Disabled. Prior to that appointment he served as assistant counsel in the Governor's office during the Carey administration, as the Executive Chamber's representative to the state's defense during the Willowbrook class-action suit, and as a member of the Willowbrook Review Committee established to oversee compliance with court orders related to that case.
Scope and Content Note
This series consists of copies of the outgoing correspondence of commission chairman Clarence Sundram. The files are tissue carbon copies through 1982, and photocopies after that date.
