Summary:
The Environmental Enforcement Unit responsibilities include accurate interpretation and enforcement of statutes administered by the Adirondack Park Agency (APA); legal advice and assistance to the agency staff; enforcement of environmental acts; and providing technical assistance and expertise to the Planning Operations Division. This series consists of microfilm copies of Enforcement Committee reports, settlement agreements, status reports, meeting agendas, draft minutes, preparatory materials, and related printed material.
