Reports from the Division's Senior Marketing Representative record market prices for produce sales in wholesale quantities made by commission merchants and other original receivers. Scope and Content Note

Reports by the Senior Marketing Representative record market prices for produce sales in wholesale quantities made by commission merchants and other original receivers at the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal and producers selling on the Niagara Frontier Growers Cooperative.

The reports describe the volume of trading done on a partcular day, the opening and closing prices for each item, (both homegrown and out-of-state), any sharp fluctuations in price of an item, and the temperature and weather conditions for each day of a report. The produce items listed on each report are divided into fruit or vegetables or eggs and poultry, and are then listed alphabetically, Reports also list carlot arrivals, truck receipts, and markets reviews.
