Summary:
Reports from the Division's Senior Marketing Representative record market prices for produce sales in wholesale quantities made by commission merchants and other original receivers. The reports describe daily trading volume, item opening and closing prices, sharp fluctuations in item price, and temperature and weather conditions for each day. Produce items are divided into fruit, vegetables, eggs and poultry. Reports also list car lot arrivals, truck receipts, and markets reviews.

Reports by the Senior Marketing Representative record market prices for produce sales in wholesale quantities made by commission merchants and other original receivers at the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal and producers selling on the Niagara Frontier Growers Cooperative.

The reports describe the volume of trading done on a partcular day, the opening and closing prices for each item, (both homegrown and out-of-state), any sharp fluctuations in price of an item, and the temperature and weather conditions for each day of a report. The produce items listed on each report are divided into fruit or vegetables or eggs and poultry, and are then listed alphabetically, Reports also list carlot arrivals, truck receipts, and markets reviews.
