This series consists of the original typed "Year End Report" of the committee, along with thirteen typescripts, photocopied reports, memoranda, and press releases, which summarize the activity and accomplishments of the committee in specific areas of investigation.
Included are reports and memoranda on such subjects as: the New York City Jury Telephone Call-In System; publicly funded day care in New York City; sanitation enforcement needs; crime in housing projects; legislation to improve emergency medical services in New York City; child health care in the East New York section of Brooklyn; state prison capacity; structural problems of buses; and crime and arson in New York City.
