This series records the actions of the State Board of Health at its quarterly and special meetings. Information includes members present, resolutions, bylaws, and meeting sites. Meeting discussions focus primarily on complaints about drainage, sewerage, and water quality in New York towns, but minutes also include statements of the board's expenditures, appointments, reports of committees (such as sanitation and tuberculosis), and discussions concerning food purity and labeling.
