Each document gives name and address of applicant, location and acreage of parcel, and bid per acre. On the same sheet is a copy of the resolution of the Commissioners of the Land Office approving the sale. Usually receipts from the Treasurer's Office are attached. The endorsement bears a reference to Book of Special Deeds, lot and page number.
