This item was removed from the series (Colonial Manuscripts, Volume 23, p. 86-87) as part of the Freedom Train exhibit that traveled the state from January 1949 to February 1950 (L. 1948, Ch. 659). During 2000/2001 the item was reintegrated with the rest of the series.
