Scope and Content Note
These financial and statistical reports were submitted annually to the Board by every hospital in the State.
Each report provides information on the following: value of real and personal property and investments; indebtedness; receipts;
expenditures; cash on hand at the beginning and end of the report period; number of persons treated; number of prescriptions
made; number of visits made; number of persons vaccinated; remarks, including further details on financial status, background
of the institution, and patients treated without charge; and signature of the president and the secretary and/or treasurer
of the institution.
