Information includes Governor's name and date, patentees, rents reserved and other services, book and folio, denomination and description of the land, and observations. Land grants for the following counties are listed: Albany, Charlotte, Cumberland, Gloucester, Kings, New York, Orange, Dutchess, Queens, Richmond, Suffolk, Tryon, Ulster, and Westchester.

This series consists of ten folio volumes, each containing: Governor's name and date, patentees, rents reserved and other services, book and folio, denomination and description of the land, and observations. Land grants for the following areas are listed: Albany County (1665-1775), Charlotte County (1772-1775), Cumberland County (1766-1772), Gloucester County (1770-1775), Kings County (1667-1740), New York County (1665-1755), Orange and Dutchess Counties (1685-1775), Queens County (1665-1767), Richmond County (1664-1716), Suffolk County (1665-1735), Tryon County (1772-1775), Ulster County (1666-1774), and Westchester County (1666-1771).
