Custodial History

All microfilm was marked as "restricted" and use copies were weeded at the time of accessioning. Rolls containing restricted records (use copy only) were returned to the creating agency by Local Government Records Bureau staff. Rolls of master negatives (security copy) were sent to the State Records Center.

Access Restrictions

Microfilm is restricted. Student records (including census, elementary records, and high school transcripts) are found throughout the series.
