This series contains memoranda directing, promoting, and explaining the Office of Civilian Mobilization's (OCM) home front activities to local war councils. Scope and Content Note

This series contains memoranda directing, promoting, and explaining the Office of Civilian Mobilization's (OCM) home front activities to local war councils. The OCM would provide suggestions on organization of events, publicity, and activities. In some cases, releases from various federal offices would be passed along to the local organization.
