Microfilm copy was accessioned as a result of work by Archives staff in October 1999 to integrate or accession estrayed or unidentified records. The paper volume that comprises this series was originally accessioned as part of Series A0452, Dept. of State Field Books. It was united with the microfilm copy as part of Series A4694 in 2013.
