Scope and Content Note
The series consists of abstracts compiled by state county clerks and forwarded to the secretary of state's office between 1901 and 1912, pursuant to Title X, Part VI of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The abstracts provide convict's name, court, term, crime, and sentence. There is no name index.
