These are records of incarcerated individuals granted parole from Auburn.
An oversize volume is the main register indicating consecutive number, name, date received, minimum and maximum terms and expiration dates, expiration date by commutation, date of parole, date of delinquency, date returned for parole violation, delinquent time to serve, date of absolute discharge by parole board, date discharged by expiration of sentence, and remarks. There is also a small volume containing an alphabetical name index to the paroles between 1907 and 1909 which are listed in the main register. This index gives consecutive number, name, date paroled, to whom paroled, from where received, and remarks.
