This series consists of one bound volume containing mainly newspaper clippings, but also magazine articles, legislative bills, programs, reports and correspondence. The compiler of the scrapbook is not known, but appears to have been a Department of Public Works employee. The scrapbook deals mainly with the transformation of Albany into a world port through the deepening of the Hudson River, and the construction of a terminal.
