Scope and Content Note
This series consists of the report and supporting documentation of a Civil Service Commission (C.S.C.) investigation of the personnel practices and policies of Public Service Commission Chairman Milo R. Maltbie. The report contains a summary of how the investigation was conducted, and a description of the allegations and evidence against Maltbie.
