For each case the register states the title of the cause; names of attorneys for plaintiff and defendant; nature of proposed action; initials of person in charge of the case in the Attorney General's office; date of receipt of the initial complaint, petition or other papers; name of hearing officer and date of hearing; whether the application was granted, dismissed, or denied; and whether an Attorney General's opinion was prepared.
