Scope and Content Note
These reports in the form of internal memoranda list boys committed and transferred to state training schools from New York City.
The following information is given for each boy: name; date of birth (beginning in 1958); date committed; court (i.e. borough) committing the boy; New York City facility from which transferred; training school to which transferred; and date of transfer. The same information (except name of training school) is given for boys committed to a training school but still awaiting transfer.
