Each map includes names of streets, canals, buildings, and other landmarks. A description of the land is provided which indicates the location and area of the land, as well as any streets, railroads, or canals nearby.

This volume also includes a printed signature and date form with elements certifying accuracy by the resident engineer, stating examination for correctness by the State Engineer and Surveyor, and providing filing date in the Office of the State Engineer and Surveyor.
