Administrative History
Laws of 1880, Chap. 537, required copies of original court papers in receivership cases to be filed with the Attorney General. Laws of 1902, Chap. 60, empowered the Attorney General to bring action to appoint a receiver for a moneyed corporation, upon filing of an information by the Superintendent of Banks or the Superintendent of Insurance.
