Scope and Content Note
This series consists of correspondence to and from individuals, institutions, and agencies relating to administration of the Buffalo State Hospital or to individual patient care. Records provide information on budgets, staff activity, staff and patient accidents, and general institutional operations, including correspondence with the State Hospital Commission. Records also document the administration of patient care. Included are letters to relatives informing them of the health of patients.
