Scope and Content Note
These records are copies of New York State Housing Finance Agency service contract obligation bond transaction books held by the Division of the Budget. The records consist of printed bound volumes of opinions, exhibits, copies of canceled checks, certificates, schedules, letters of representation, compliance and other agreements, correspondence, and resolutions.
