Arranged by gender of patient and therein chronological.
Scope and Content Note
Each of these clinical records typically include patient name; date of commencement (of ailment); result (recovered, improved, died); and a narrative (by date) of the patient's condition and treatment. One volume (1885-1888) pertains only to men and covers a variety of ailments, diagnoses, and treatments. Three remaining volumes contain records for female patients examined and treated mostly for gynecological disorders.
