Scope and Content Note
This series consists of a log book containing signatures of visitors to the State Lunatic Asylum. Date, name, and residence is recorded for each visitor. Brief notes concerning purpose of the visit are sometimes included. "With patient" indicates visitor was delivering patient for commitment.

These records were transferred to the State Archives on September 16, 1996 from Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center under RDA 19266.
