Processing Information
In December 2019, State Archives staff determined that a group of previously unidentified records are homogeneous with the
materials in series B1503. These records were interfiled with B1503-96 at that time.
Custodial History
These records were transferrred to the State Archives from Elmira Psychiatric Center.
