The series consists of ledgers providing dates, value, and quantity information on "stock" goods received, stored on-hand, or issued during 1894-1914 at the Syracuse State Institution for Feeble-Mined Children. There are no apparent entries for August 1895 - November 1897, April 1904 - February 1905, or August 1911- September 1913. Entries are by product, and then chronological by date (month/day).
