Biographical Sketch
Chapter 501 of the Laws of 1935 created within the State Education Department a state Board of Podiatry Examiners for the purpose of examining applicants for licenses to practice podiatry. The board consisted of five members, appointed by the Board of Regents upon the recommendation of the commissioner of education. All members were required to be licensed podiatrists and to have been engaged in the practice of podiatry for at least ten years.
