Scope and Content Note

This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible Web site of the Development Authority of the North Country.

B2082-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Development Authority of the North Country Web site produced on April 29, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains minutes of board meetings (2006-2008); annual reports (2005-06 and 2006-07); and information about the authority's history, mission, and organizational structure. Information about the authority's business and housing development programs, solid waste management facility, water and sewer lines and facilities, telecommunications network, and transportation studies is also included.

Researchers should note that owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, the navigational links on the left side of each page do not always work properly. If the links are not working correctly, use the Web browser's back button to return to the home page and then click on the desired link.

B2082-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Development Authority of the North Country Web site produced on December 17, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains summary information about the authority's community development programs, solid waste management facilities, water and wastewater facilities, telecommunications network, and transportation study (2008). It also includes information about the authority's history and organizational structure; board meeting minutes (2009-2010) and resolutions (2010); audits (2006-2010); and fiscal year annual budget resolutions (2007-2011). Also present are internal controls assessments (2008-2010), investment reports (2006-2010), annual budget reports (2008-2012), annual financial summaries (2006-2010), annual progress reports (2009-2010), and other fiscal reports. Community reports (2006-2009); a solid waste management virtual photo tour; and telecommunications network, sewer line, and waterline maps are also included.
