B2093-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Harlem Community Development Corporation Web site produced on December 26, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains summary information about the activities of the corporation's four main subdivisions: Community Development, Residential Development, Urban Planning, and Energy Management. It also includes brief descriptions of housing, schools, business and investment opportunities, and cultural institutions in the greater Harlem area.

B2093-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Harlem Community Development Corporation Web site produced on May 9, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains summary information about the activities of the corporation's four main subdivisions: Community Development, Residential Development, Urban Planning, and Energy Management. It also includes brief descriptions of housing, schools, business and investment opportunities, and cultural institutions in the greater Harlem area. In addition, it contains a May 7, 2007 Empire State Development Corporation press release outlining the corporation's plans to dissolve some of its subsidiary corporations and to merge others.

It contains summary information about the activities of the corporation's four main subdivisions: Commercial Development (formerly Community Development), Residential Development, Urban Planning, and Weatherization Assistance (formerly Energy Management). It also includes brief descriptions of housing, schools, business and investment opportunities, and cultural institutions in the greater Harlem area, including East Harlem, Central Harlem, West Harlem, and Washington Heights. Also present are press releases (2007-2010), newsletters (2009-2010), and a Victoria Theater Redevelopment Project Notice of Public Scoping (2008) that outlines the corporation's plans to restore the theater and build residences and arts and business spaces within it.
