It contains summary information about the activities of the corporation's four main subdivisions: Community Development, Residential Development, Urban Planning, and Energy Management. It also includes brief descriptions of housing, schools, business and investment opportunities, and cultural institutions in the greater Harlem area.

B2093-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Harlem Community Development Corporation Web site produced on May 9, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains summary information about the activities of the corporation's four main subdivisions: Community Development, Residential Development, Urban Planning, and Energy Management. It also includes brief descriptions of housing, schools, business and investment opportunities, and cultural institutions in the greater Harlem area. In addition, it contains a May 7, 2007 Empire State Development Corporation press release outlining the corporation's plans to dissolve some of its subsidiary corporations and to merge others.

B2093-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Harlem Community Development Corporation Web site produced on December 20, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. It contains summary information about the greater Harlem area and the activities of the corporation's four main subdivisions and the greater Harlem area. Also present are press releases (2007-2010), newsletters (2009-2010), and a Victoria Theater Redevelopment Project Notice of Public Scoping (2008) that outlines the corporation's plans to restore the theater and build residences and arts and business spaces within it.

B2093-15: This accretion contains a copy of the Harlem Community Development Corporation Web site produced on March 10, 2015, shortly after Governor Andrew Cuomo (2011- ) completed his first term of office. It contains information about the corporation's mission and organizational structure, the communities it served, and summary information about the activities and projects of its main departments: Commercial Development (formerly Community Development), Residential Development, Planning & Development, and Weatherization Assistance (formerly Energy Management). Also present are newsletters (2003-2014), maps and brochures, reports and studies (2005, 2010-2011, 2013), RFPs, and information for prospective home buyers and small business owners.

Researchers should note that the press release files on the live site did not display properly on the live site and that those present in this copy also fail to display properly. Researchers should also note that at some point after this copy was produced, the site was removed from the live Web and its content was incorporated into the website of its parent body, the Empire State Development Corporation.

This accretion also includes a March 11, 2015 copy of the Corporation's Twitter feed, which contains summary information about news and events related to the Harlem Community Development Corporation and the communities it served. Researchers should note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, most of the content contained within this page could not be captured successfully.

Researchers should also note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, repeated attempts to capture the Corporations' Facebook, Flickr, and Youtube pages in 2015 were unsuccessful.
