Scope and Content Note

This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible websites of Health Research, Incorporated, a non-profit organization that secures and administers external research funding for the New York State Department of Health.

B2105-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Health Research, Incorporated (HRI) site produced on April 9, 2007, shortly after Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about HRI's role in helping the Department of Health secure external research funding for its Wadsworth Center for Laboratories and Research and its other research institutes and centers, supporting research at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Helen Hayes Hospital, and fostering public-private research and technology development partnerships.

B2105-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Health Research, Incorporated (HRI) site produced on May 8, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer. Most of the information it contains is also included in the April 7, 2007 copy of the site, but additional technology transfer opportunities and newer requests for funding applications have been added.

B2105-10: This accretion contains a copy of the Health Research, Incorporated (HRI) site produced on December 27, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. Most of the information it contains is also included in previous copies, but additional technology transfer opportunities, newer requests for funding applications, and information about a conference focusing on pediatric genetic diseases have been added.

B2105-15: This accretion contains a copy of the Health Research, Incorporated (HRI) site produced on January 15, 2015, shortly after Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's (2011-present) finished his first term of office. Most of the information contained within this copy is also included in previous copies, but additional technology transfer opportunities, newer requests for funding applications, and news releases (2010-2011) have been added.

B2105-19: This accretion contains a copy of the Health Research, Incorporated (HRI) site produced on December 17, 2019, during Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's third term of office (2011- present). Most of the information contained within this copy is also included in previous copies, but additional technology transfer opportunities, newer requests for funding applications (2016-2017), news releases (2016-2019), and the organization's ethics and conflict of interest policies have been added.
