It contains information about the board's history, mission, and organizational structure; and forms necessary for counsel, public employment representation, and conciliation before the board (2006). It also includes the decisions of the board (2000-2006), fact-finding reports regarding specific grievances (2006), and an events calendar (2006-2007). An Arbitration Award Index (2001-2006), which contains information about individual arbitration cases, and information about the laws that relate to the board's decisions are also present.

It also includes the decisions of the board (2000-2008), a section on frequently asked questions regarding the board and its work, fact-finding reports regarding specific grievances (2007-2008), and an events calendar (2008). An Arbitration Award Index (2001-2008), which contains information about each case, and information about the laws that relate to the board's decisions is also present.
