This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible websites of the New York State Thoroughbred Breeding and Development Fund Corporation.

B2189-07: This accretion consists of a copy of the Thoroughbred Breeding and Development Fund Corporation site produced on December 21, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains information about the corporation's history, mission, and organizational structure and press releases (2000-2006) that feature photographs of winning horses at racetracks around the state. Also present are forms for registering stallions and foals, descriptions of incentives for breeding and raising horses in the state, and information about how to qualify for these incentives. Auction results for sales of horses (2000-2006), a full listing of winning horses and jockeys at racetracks throughout the state (2004-2006), a listing of horse breeding farms in the state, and breeding statistics (2005) are also included.

It contains newer annual budgets (2013-2019), an annual audit (2019), a code of ethics (2017), board of directors meeting minutes (2016-2019), and press releases (2019). Also present are updated forms for registering stallions and foals and information about horse breeding and raising incentives.
