Scope and Content Note

This series consists of archival copies of the official website of Senator Charles J. Fuschillo Jr. Researchers should note that in 2009, each Senator was allotted space on the main Senate website and the official sites of individual Senators were removed from the live Web.

B2220-06: This accretion consists of a copy of Senator Fuschillo's official site produced on December 20, 2006, shortly before Governor George E. Pataki (1995-2006) left office. It contains biographical information, press releases (2000-2006), photographs, and information about financial aid for college students and their families, identity theft, and other matters of interest to Senator Fuschillo's constituents. Results of a "community survey" (2006) and a district map are also included.

B2220-08: This accretion consists of a copy of Senator Fuschillo's official site produced on June 13, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains biographical information, press releases (2008), photographs, and information concerning a property tax rebate program and other subjects of interest to Senator Fuschillo's constituents. A district map is also included.

Researchers should note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, most of the information contained within this site could not be captured properly. In addition, some of the navigational links do not work properly. However, identical sets of navigational links appear at the top and the bottom of each page. If the link in one set does not work correctly, click the Web browser's Back button and then click on the corresponding link in the other set.
