Scope and Content Note

This series consists of archival copies of the official website of Senator Martin J. Golden. Researchers should note that in 2009, each Senator was allotted space on the main Senate Web site and the official sites of individual Senators were removed from the live Web.

It contains biographical information, photographs, press releases (2007-2008) concerning events in the 22nd Senate District and other matters of interest to Senator Golden's constituents, and a list of Senator Golden's 2007-2008 legislative member items. A district map is also included.

Researchers should note that, owing to the structure of the live site and the limitations of Web archiving technology, most of the information contained within this site could not be captured properly. In addition, some of the navigational links do not work properly. However, identical sets of navigational links appear at the top and the bottom of each page. If the link in one set does not work correctly, click the Web browser's Back button and then click on the corresponding link in the other set.
