Administrative History
Senator Thomas W. Libous, a Republican, was first elected to the Senate in 1988. He represents the 52nd Senate District, which consists of Broome County, Tioga County, and parts of Chenango County. He has chaired the Select Committee on the Disabled and the Standing Committee on Transportation.
