B2442-14: This accretion consists of annual reports published by the Rome Developmental Disabilities Services Office and predecessor entities, the Rome State School and the Rome State Custodial Asylum. The annual reports describe the functions, activities, and events of each year. Included are annual reports of the Board of Managers for the Rome State Custodial Asylum (1896-1897, 1900-1902, 1912-1913) and Rome State School (1919, 1922-1924, 1926-1927, 1929, 1931, 1933, 1939-1969); and bulletins of the 10th and 15th annual summer school of the Rome State School (July 5-August 2, 1924 and July 1-August 9, 1929, respectively). Additional copies of annual reports are held by the New York State Library.

B2442-18: This accretion includes annual reports of the Board of Managers for the Rome State Custodial Asylum (1885-1886, 1911-1912, 1914-1919) and the Rome State School Annual Report of the Board of Visitors (1936, 1940-1970).
