This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible websites of the New York State Interest on Lawyer Account Fund (IOLA). It contains information about the fund as well as information for lawyers, banks, and grantees concerning the establishment of IOLA accounts and the use of IOLA funds.

Scope and Content Note

B2515-15: This accretion consists of a copy of the Interest on Lawyers Account Fund website produced on February 11, 2015, shortly after Governor Andrew Cuomo (2011- ) completed his first term of office. It contains information about the creation of the IOLA Fund, the text of relevant laws and regulations, an annual report (2012), a grantee map (FY 2011-2012), lists of grant awards (2013-2015), and a list of partner banks. Also included are enrollment forms and instructions, and frequently asked questions for lawyers, banks, and grantees.

Researchers should note that materials related to the board of trustees were not captured and that some of the navigation menu links may not function in all browsers.
