This series documents the equipment and supply inventories kept at the Burr and Gloversville colonies between 1932 and 1940. The inventories record items such as furniture, kitchen utensils, cleaning and office supplies, linens, and other items. The quantity and descriptions, including the maker, color, and dimensions of items are provided. Also included is space for dates on which items were condemned, transferred to other institutions, or lost.
